In April, UClass and Global Concerns Classrooms celebrated Earth Day by hosting the UClass Earth Day Project. Students from all over the world explored environmental issues that were important to them and developed action plans to help serve our planet. Our global network touched on issues present in Haiti, Ethiopia and Niger, uniting to raise concern to global warming, pollution, hunger and scarcity of water. UClassers went above and beyond to create thought-provoking and insightful projects that have inspired our community to make our world a better place.
Our judges were impressed by the quality of the Earth Day Projects, and we encourage you to view as many as you can. Without further ado, we present to you the winners of this year’s UClass Earth Day Project:
